No. 002 - The Practice

From direction to delivery.

Three connected capabilities for executive teams working through complex technology and operating change.

01

Transformation Strategy & Execution

We turn a broad technology, data or AI priority into a path the organization can act on. That may begin with an existing assessment, a set of competing ideas or a program whose original case has changed.

When it fits
The objective is understood, but the sequence, dependencies and business case are not. Leadership needs a practical view of what to do now, what to defer and what evidence should change the plan.
What we do
Clarify the outcome, test assumptions with the people closest to the work and sequence the initiatives around value, effort, risk and readiness. We frame the choices for executives and carry the chosen direction into an executable roadmap.
What changes
Priorities become decisions with owners, dependencies and a clear next step. Work that no longer earns its cost is redirected before more time is committed to it.
02

Program Leadership & Governance

We lead cross-functional programs from plan through business adoption. The governance is practical, the decisions are visible and executives can see where their attention is needed.

When it fits
A strategic mandate is funded but delivery spans teams with different plans, incentives and definitions of done. No one view connects the work from executive priority to operational readiness.
What we lead
The integrated plan, dependencies, decisions and risks. We connect working teams to a concise executive cadence, then coordinate readiness, testing, acceptance, communications and adoption through the point where the change is operating as intended.
What remains
A program your team can continue to run. The planning, reporting and governance stay in your tools, with ownership transferred as part of the engagement.
03

Vendor & Commercial Governance

We represent the client side of vendor-led delivery. Scope, acceptance and commercial commitments are managed together so that an operational decision is not separated from its cost or contract terms.

When it fits
A vendor is central to the program and its project view is not the same as the client's outcome. Change requests, invoices or delivery assumptions need experienced review before they become commitments.
What we do
Connect the statement of work to the delivery plan, review changes and invoices against the agreement, make prerequisites explicit and escalate with evidence. Legal, finance and technical owners stay in their lanes while the implications are brought together.
What improves
Fewer surprises, clearer acceptance and a record that supports the decision. The vendor relationship can remain constructive because the conversation is tied to agreed work and evidence.

Bring the mandate, the sticking point or the decision you need to make. One conversation is usually enough to see whether there is a fit.
