Darryl Kwan
Darryl has spent more than 15 years turning technology and operating priorities into programs that can be executed. His work includes enterprise go-to-market and compliance programs at Rogers, an IPTV transformation affecting approximately two million subscribers, and operating-model improvements for a leading SaaS CRM platform.
Current work with a $17B AUM private equity firm includes translating assessment priorities into an active modernization portfolio, establishing an independent Snowflake data foundation, redirecting reporting strategy, strengthening vendor governance and assessing AI opportunities through live workflow evidence.
He holds a BSc (Honours Science) from the University of Waterloo and a Project Management certificate from Humber College, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I.
